David and Michelle Hart purchased a holiday home in the small village of Bitnje near Bohinjska Bistrica. The property was partially constructed at that time and comprised of the main building shell, roof and some windows.

We were commissioned to complete the architectural, mechanical, electrical and internal space design for the house. The works were extensive, both internally and externally. As there was no infrastructure at all connected to the property arrangements therefore provisions were made to allow for first phase works to commence. Internal and external works then progressed concurrently with window and external door installation and first-fix electrical and plumbing reticulation. Under-floor heating was applied to all ceramic tiled finished floors. Three bathrooms were fitted out as well as a modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops. This house has an overall modern finish and provides a very spacious comfortable habitat. We were very pleased to hand over this completed home to the owners and to be part of its transformation into a fully functional modern home. This home will also be a new addition to our holiday rental portfolio and we look forward to presenting it in the new 2015 rental season.
