In the village of Poljšica near Podnart is for sale a buildable plot of 671 m2. The plot is located along an asphalted public road and has an existing water connection and electricity supply on the plot itself or on municipal land adjacent to the plot. An easement in favour of Telekom is in the process of being registered, which will allow the fibre optic cable to be laid from the neighbouring plot (there is also a pipe already laid under the road, through which it can be routed). All the boundaries are regularised (definitive) and fully marked with landmarks; the registration of the regularised boundaries in the Geodetic Administration’s (GURS) register is in progress. The majority of the plot is almost completely flat, but the rear (narrowed) part of the plot is sloping and partly filled with mainly soft organic material and covered with bushes and a few trees. The shade cast by the neighbouring house and the surrounding vegetation makes the plot slightly less sunny, but it does have a view of the mountains. It has a particular ‘two-storey’ position which, being built on flat ground, allows for an interesting, unconventional layout of the yard and garden, and a great deal of privacy, while preserving the openness of the raised edges above the ground. There is a newer shed and a listed crucifix right on the edge of the plot.

Poljšica is a village on the plateau above Podnart, approximately midway between Kranj, Radovljica and Tržič; it is 16 min (15 km) from Kranj, 14 min (14 km) from Radovljica, 15 min (14 km) from Tržič, 31 min (43 km) from Ljubljana, 17 min (19 km) from Bled, 42 min (45 km) from Ribčev Láz in Bohinj and 40 min (49 km) from Kranjska Gora. The village offers its inhabitants endless possibilities for active leisure activities (walking, jogging, cycling, mountaineering, swimming, rowing, …). The picturesque Šum waterfall is located within a 2 km or 20 min walk. In summer, swimming is possible in the Sava River, which is about one and a half kilometres away. In the nearby village of Kamna Gorica, there is a ski resort in winter.
